The flame of Brown Gas do not burst, and it is still and sootless.
Because no carbone comes out from Brown Gas.
Therefore, Brown Gas is being used as a unexceptional flame for every thermal processing industry including gas weldin. Especially, brazing, soldering, gold and silver jewelry process, glass process, acryl process, miniature model making, minute process for electrical parts, and so on.

 Brown Gas is suitable for indoor work because it is the most clean energy in comparison with any other energies.

For example, emplyees of a work place in which workmen weld thousands
of piping parts for air conditioner or refreezerator had suffer from
headaches. However, the headaches was gone when they replace the gas by Brown Gas.

  

Monthly gas cost using Brown Gas Generator is cheap, about 1/6 of LPG and about 1/17 of acetylene.  (Please refer to catalogue)

Brown Gas is the pin-point flame with highly pureness and high temperature. It make a straight on and has a fast flame speed and heat concentration. Those things make a good work accuracy and fast melting to save time, no metal deflection and no color change.
So, Brown Gas is good for glass process, gas cutting of iron.

 		 For example, when we cut iron by Brown Gas, we can see the preheating is very fast, and it cuts in verticality and  cutting section is very clean.

 		 Connect Brown Gas Line to the fuel line of the existing auto cutting machine and use it like it is. Becasue preheating oxygen is replaced by the oxygen in Brown Gas itself, it is good to close the preheating oxygen line.
Therefore, it can save 25~50% of oxygen according to the thickness of iron when we compare it with propane cutting and acetylene cutting.

 Generally, the gas cutting of iron(steel) uses heat of reaction of oxygen and iron. It melts by preheating gases and blows away by oxygen. So we also call it oxygen cutting.
•

In the past, we had to make preheating flame by mixing oxygen with propane or 
acetylene. However, we can heat the parent metal more than 800ºC with preheating flame that is made by Brown Gas only. Then oxydize the iron by high pressure oxygen from the center of a tip. So the difference of melting point between the parental metal and oxydized iron can make the cut.

 In this case, Brown Gas has a property to go straight and it makes less heat deflection and less oxydized iron which saves the loss of iron or parent metal.

          - Microsize nozzles to make small flames that can be seen by a microscope
          - Small nozzles for delicate cutting on semiconductors or electronic parts
          - Process nozzles for bulbs or fuses
          - Brown Gas makes pin-point flame which concentrate into a point and not spreaded.
            The companies  making delicate small parts use it because the pin-point flame is useful for
